Privacy notice.
Clear expectations for website use and project inquiries.
Information you provide
Az-Tec collects the contact details, organization information, project description, stage, challenges, desired outcome, timeline, budget, specialized needs, optional notes, and documents you choose to submit. Partnership, investment, and general inquiry forms collect the information shown in those forms.
How information is used
Information is used to review project fit, communicate about your inquiry, evaluate required resources, and administer potential engagements. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or establish a client relationship.
Campaign and website measurement
This website records page views, calls to action, intake starts, and successful submissions, together with source and campaign parameters. A random session identifier and campaign attribution are kept in your browser’s session storage. These measurements support lead qualification and aggregate conversion reporting. No third-party advertising tracking script is installed by this site.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the website’s managed database. Uploaded documents are encrypted before object storage and available through authenticated internal administration. Technical hosting providers process data to operate this website. Information may be discussed with required specialists when appropriate for an agreed scope; a separate project agreement should establish any confidentiality requirements.
Do not submit sensitive material
Use non-confidential descriptions initially. Do not submit sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment details, trade secrets, or documents that require an NDA unless an appropriate agreement is in place. This intake form does not itself create an NDA.
Questions and requests
To ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion, use the general inquiry form with the subject “Privacy request.” Az-Tec will evaluate the request and any applicable retention requirements. Retention and deletion arrangements should be finalized in the applicable business agreement.
These website notices are an initial operational draft. Az-Tec should review and finalize them for its jurisdiction, retention practices, and project agreements before public launch.
